Sitka Spruce: hierarchical data browser

Sitka Spruce is a general-purpose data browser for hierarchical
datasets stored in HDF5 files or Zarr folders.  It allows interactive
plotting of scientific data using combining `wxPython`_ , `wxmplot`_,
and `matplotlib`_.
